Enabling / Disabling Acceleration for E-mail

Enabling or disabling acceleration while sending or receiving e-mail is easily done from the Settings Window. This is accessed by doing a right-click on the iNET Accelerator icon in the system tray (usually on the bottom right side of your monitor).

The program menu popup with the following set of options is displayed:

Click “Settings…” to open the Settings screen.

The iNET Accelerator settings screen is displayed, click on the Automatic tab:

Enabling Acceleration for E-mail

Using your left mouse button, select the profile for which you want to enable acceleration.
Right-click the highlighted profile. A pop-up menu is then displayed.

Select “Enable Acceleration”. “Using Accelerator” will now be displayed for the selected profile and acceleration will occur.

Disabling Acceleration for E-mail

Using your left mouse button, select the profile for which you want to disable acceleration.
Right-click the highlighted profile. A pop-up menu is then displayed.

Select “Disable Acceleration”. “Not Using Accelerator” will now be displayed for the selected profile and no acceleration will occur. The original Internet settings for the profile are restored.

Unlike the other settings tabs, enabling and disabling profiles in the Automatic tab are applied immediately, without the need to press “OK.” Furthermore, pressing the Cancel button has no effect in the Automatic Settings window.
